• Increase physician learners to 7,500 in 2024

• Vendor diversity target spends developed
• Six partnered volunteer opportunities—regionally and at least one in conjunction with the annual meeting
• $600,000 given in grant support aligned to the giving strategy
• Conduct needs assessment in health equity across pulmonary and critical care to validate advocacy goals
• Integrate cultural competency or health care disparities into three targeted courses

• Increase number of open access journal submissions
• Minimum of five guidelines published
• Assess member challenges and needs through surveys and focus groups utilizing CHEST Networks and Interest Groups; minimum of seven
