Question 60's stem is revised for clarification as the following: "What is the stage of the adenocarcinoma of the lung if the transthoracic needle biopsy results confirm the nodule is benign (eg, granulomatous inflammation), and what is the stage of the adenocarcinoma of the lung if the transthoracic needle biopsy results show the same adenocarcinoma?"

Question 70 is no longer up-to-date based on subsequent research and publication: The use of video laryngoscope does result in higher incidence of successful intubation on first attempt.

The rationale of Question 116 reverses Videos 1 and 2: Video 1 reveals no evidence for lung sliding and pulsing, and Video 2 shows a normal image obtained using point-of-care ultrasound.
