Where do you work?
Inova Fairfax Hospital.
What are your research interests?
Pulmonary hypertension, interstitial lung disease, and lung transplant.
What led you to join your Network?
I joined the Network during my fellowship to become involved in the pulmonary community.
What achievements are you most proud of contributing to within your Network?
Our work in the Pulmonary Vascular and Cardiovascular Network that resulted in a number of research projects.
How has being in a Network benefited your career and your experience as a CHEST member?
I am especially grateful for the opportunity to work with Jean Elwing in her role as Chair of the Pulmonary Vascular and Cardiovascular Network.
What are your hobbies?
Exploring the world. We take every opportunity to travel and discover new places. Our family loves the outdoors. I also enjoy reading fiction.
What is something you cannot live without (after family and friends)?
I am a foodie, so yummy and funky food!
