Objectives
- Practice the skills of transbronchial needle aspiration (TBNA) using a separate airway model station.
- Discuss bronchoscopy complications, and practice the placement of endobronchial blockers on an airway model.
- Learn about bronchoscopy in the difficult patient, and practice intubation over the bronchoscope on an airway model.
- Learn about endobronchial ultrasound, and practice its use in real-time guidance of TBNA on a simulator and airway model.
