Requirements for Affiliate Membership
- A temporary category for the United States, Canada, and International
physicians who are currently enrolled in or show proof of acceptance
into a specialty fellowship, residency, or equivalent program
of clinical cardiopulmonary medicine or surgery, critical care, or one
of the closely related specialties.
- The United States training programs must be accredited by
either the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education
or the American Osteopathic Association, and outside the US by
a comparable accreditation body in the candidate’s country.
- The signature of the training program director is required
on the application form.
- A physician is eligible to remain an Affiliate Member for
a period of 24 months after completion of his/her training. The
additional 24-month period is available only to Affiliates who
remain current in their dues.

Affiliate Member including the journal CHEST - Online access only for International residents: $60/year
Affiliate Member including the journal CHEST- Print and online version for International residents: $144/year
Affiliate Member including the journal CHEST- Print and online version for International residents including airmail delivery of the journal CHEST within 20 days: $240/year

Membership in which you are interested. You will receive the appropriate
