Located in the center of the Walt Disney World® Resort,
this award-winning resort offers a wide variety of entertainment,
activities, and dining options. It is graced by
five outdoor pools, including a grotto pool with a water
slide; waterfalls; and a white sand beach. The resort also
offers tennis, sand volleyball courts, the luxurious and new
Mandara Spa, health clubs, nearby golf courses, and Camp
Dolphin, our supervised children’s activity center. The Walt
Disney World Dolphin is a Sheraton hotel.
Rates and Reservations
Single/Double: $155 plus a $10 resort service package (tax
is currently 12.5%). The resort service package includes inroom,
high-speed Internet access; unlimited local calls and
800-number calls up to 60 minutes; 20 minutes of domestic
long distance calls per stay; free admission to the itness
center; and two complimentary bottles of water per day.

for the American College of Chest Physicians (ACCP).
Reservations must be made by July 24 to secure the ACCP
group rate. Reservation requests received after July 24 will
be based on availability at the hotel’s prevailing rates.

Hotel Deposit/Cancellation Policy
A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold
each reservation. The deposit conirms the reservation
and, upon arrival, will be applied to the irst night of the
reserved stay. This deposit is refundable if notice is
received at least 5 days prior to arrival and a cancellation
number is obtained. All deposits will be charged at the
time the reservation is made.
Travel Arrangements
You and your guests are eligible for discounts from ACCP
travel partners, United Airlines and Avis Rent a Car. To
receive these discounts, contact Ridgebrook Travel, your
own travel agent, or the travel partner directly, and refer to
the contract number.

Local Transportation: Shuttle or Taxi
Mears Transportation operates the shuttle service
between the Orlando International Airport and the Walt
Disney World Dolphin. The regular round-trip price
is $32 for adults and $24 for children aged 4 to 11 years.
A $4 per person discount may be obtained two ways:
(1) print the shuttle
coupon, redeemable at the Mears desk at the airport at the
time you purchase your shuttle; or (2) book your shuttle
reservation online at www.mearstransportation.com. Click
on “shuttles” and enter priority code number 325603079.

Taxis are available at the airport and hotel. A one-way fare
between the airport and the Walt Disney World Dolphin is
approximately $45.
