Your tuition fee includes attendance at all course sessions and electronic access to course materials. (Printed materials or flash drives will not be provided.) Lunch and refreshments during breaks will be provided. Breakfast is available at CHEST-affiliated hotels.

Health and safety information

Attendees are expected to comply with all health and safety requirements in effect at the time of this CHEST event. CHEST reserves the right to adjust requirements and will notify attendees as applicable. Attendees are responsible for checking for updates issued by the state, city, venue, or CHEST before traveling to the location.

Cancellation Policy

Tuition refund requests for this course must be received in writing by 6 weeks prior to the course start date for a full refund, less a $250 processing fee. Refunds will not be given after 6 weeks prior to the course start date. If you choose "Become a Member" when you register, only your course registration can be cancelled. No refunds will be given for membership.

CHEST reserves the right to cancel this course no later than 4 weeks prior to the start date. If a cancellation is necessary, your registration fee will be refunded, but CHEST is not responsible for other costs of attendance, such as travel.
