Claim CME/MOC

Please follow these steps to Claim CME for CHEST courses and events:

  1. Sign in and navigate to your "My Learning" account at education.chestnet.org.
  2. Find the course or event in your list, and complete all required post-course work.
  3. Complete the course evaluation, and then claim your credits when prompted.

Note: Your certificate and transcript can be viewed at any time under Claimed Activities on the Manage CME page


MOC

ABIM MOC Requirements:

  • MOC requirements apply to ALL diplomates, including "grandparents."
  • MOC is a continuous process:
    • Some activity required every 2 years
    • 100 points required every 5 years

MOC Timeline:

  • Every 2 years: Some MOC activity
  • Every 5 years: 100 MOC points
  • Every 10 years: Traditional 10-year exam - or - 2-year knowledge check-in

MOC Opportunities From CHEST

e-Learning/Live learning courses

Our live and e-learning courses are eligible for MOC. Earn CME/CE and MOC when you attend our courses. We'll submit your MOC credit directly to ABIM (minimum performance scores required). MOC points will correspond to the maximum number of AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ offered for the course.
