To receive these discounts, contact Association Travel Concepts, your own travel agent, or the travel partner directly, and refer to the contract number.
Airport Ground TransportationShuttle bus and taxi services are available at the Transportation Plazas across from Terminals 1 and 2, as well as curbside at the Commuter Terminal. Complimentary Convention ShuttlesComplimentary shuttle service will be available between the convention center and the Manchester Grand Hyatt and Embassy Suites. Complimentary shuttle service will be available during morning and evening functions taking place at the Manchester Grand Hyatt from the following hotels: Marriott Gaslamp Quarter, Omni, and Hilton Bayfront. Signs with shuttle information will be posted at each hotel. Attention International TravelersRegister early for CHEST 2009 to pay the lowest fee offered. By registering early, you will save money and immediately receive a letter of invitation to facilitate your visa approval process.
