- US and Canadian faculty and attendees who register and pay in full by September 23 will receive a yellow packet by priority mail the week of October 6. The packet will include your badge, guest badge(s), tickets, ribbons, and claim ticket for the final program and registration bag. Bring the entire packet to the ACCP express check-in counters at the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
- The following faculty and attendees who register and pay, but do not have a yellow packet, will pick up their registration packets at the ACCP registration counter at the Pennsylvania Convention Center:
- International attendees and faculty
- US and Canadian attendees registered and paid after September 23.
- On-site registration will be available Friday evening, October 24, through Thursday, October 30 at the ACCP registration counters at the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
Postgraduate Course Registration
Register for postgraduate courses using the CHEST 2008 registration form. Indicate which course(s) you want to attend, and note the additional fees. Postgraduate courses have limited space.
ACCP Simulation Center Registration
Separate online registration and a fee are required for participation in scheduled sessions in the ACCP Simulation Center. If you register for CHEST 2008 by mail, fax, or phone, you must register online for a scheduled session. Space is limited, so register early. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted.

Guest Registration
Guests aged 18 years and older, who are not paid Ambassadors Group members by October 1, 2008, will be charged $75 for preregistration (or $125 if registering on-site), registration for younger guests is free. Guests will receive a badge and be allowed to attend the special events and visit the exhibit hall. No refunds for guest registrations. Anyone claiming CME credits would need to register as an attendee, not as a guest.
Member Spouse for CME Registration
Spouses of ACCP members may register for CHEST 2008 to earn CME credit. The fee is $100 for registration before October 24, $150 on or after October 24. To register as a member spouse, contact ACCP Customer Relations at (800) 343-2227 or (847) 498-1400 or register on-site.
Refunds
The guest fee and ACCP Simulation Center registration is nonrefundable. All other refund requests must be received in writing on or before October 7, less a $50 processing fee. Refunds will not be issued after October 7. |
