 Call for Case Reports
Affiliate members of the American College of Chest Physicians (ACCP) are invited to submit case reports for presentation at CHEST 2009. If accepted, you will present your case to your peers during the meeting. A panel of respected experts moderates each case report session, allowing you and other attendees to closely interact and discuss specific issues. ATTENTION: The abstract/case report submission system will remain open until Tuesday, May 5, 2009, at 6:00 am (CT).

Affiliate members of the ACCP are invited to be part of the CHEST 2009 program by submitting a case report for presentation during the meeting. If your case report is accepted, you will:
- Present your case to your peers during CHEST 2009.
- Receive feedback from expert moderators and your peers.
- Compete for case report awards.
- Join the ACCP in its mission to advance the prevention and treatment of chest diseases through research and education.
Case report submission for CHEST 2009 is FREE. Submission instructions and guidelines are provided to ensure you meet the submission criteria, and presentation guidelines are available to help you develop your presentation for CHEST 2009. Use the online submission program to submit case reports on or before May 4, 2009, at 12:00 pm (CT).
Eligibility
The primary or presenting author of accepted case reports must be an ACCP affiliate member when the case report is submitted. Nonmembers may apply for membership until April 27, 2009, to be considered eligible. Contact Christina Vock for more information.
The Affiliate Committee will select case reports based on originality, well-defined pathophysiology, clinical relevance, and differential diagnosis of each case. Notification of acceptance or rejection will be made electronically after July 10, 2009. If you have not received notification by July 20, 2009, contact the ACCP.
